Overview

This Business Management platform ("the Service") is a private, invite-only application operated by New Brockton Liquor Corp, doing business as Deftos Liquors / Biznamu ("we," "us," or "our"), for use by our own staff and ownership to track business records such as insurance, contracts, licenses, sales tax, and distributions. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Service and how we use it.

Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, and mobile phone number when a staff member is invited to the Service.
• Business records: information entered into the Service by authorized staff, such as insurance policies, contracts, licenses, sales tax figures, and partner distributions.
• Usage data: basic technical information (such as login timestamps and device/browser type) needed to operate and secure the Service.

SMS / Text Messaging

The Service can send text message reminders about business-critical dates — for example, contract renewals, insurance policy expirations, and follow-up task due dates. These messages are sent only to our own staff and ownership; this is not a customer marketing program.

• A staff member opts in by entering their own mobile number in their account profile and checking an unchecked-by-default consent box.
• Message frequency varies based on the reminders configured for that person.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text reminders.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at biz@biznamu.com.
• We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How We Use Information

We use the information above to operate the Service: to authenticate accounts, display and store the business records staff enter, send the reminder notifications staff configure, and maintain an audit trail of changes for administrators.

How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us run the Service — including our database/hosting provider and our SMS/text delivery provider — solely for the purpose of providing the Service, and as required by law.

Data Security

Sensitive fields (such as Social Security numbers and portal passwords stored on file) are encrypted at rest. Access to each business's data is restricted by per-user, per-tab permissions and isolated at the database level from other businesses using the Service.

Data Retention

We retain account and business record information for as long as the account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and as required to comply with our legal obligations.

Your Choices

You can opt out of text reminders at any time by replying STOP, or by removing your phone number from your account profile. To update, correct, or delete your account information, contact your administrator or email us at biz@biznamu.com.

Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for use by adult staff and ownership of our business and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
