Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of this Business Management platform ("the Service"), operated by New Brockton Liquor Corp, doing business as Deftos Liquors / Biznamu ("we," "us," or "our"). By logging into or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

The Service is a private, internal dashboard used by our own staff and ownership to track business records such as insurance, contracts, licenses, sales tax, and distributions. There is no public sign-up — accounts are created only by invitation from an administrator.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

The Service is provided solely for our internal business operations. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data outside your assigned permissions, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

SMS Messaging Program

The Service offers an optional text message reminder feature for internal use — for example, reminders about contract renewals, insurance expirations, and follow-up task due dates. By checking the consent box in your account profile and entering your own mobile number, you agree to receive these text messages.

• Consent to receive text messages is not required to use the Service — it applies only to the optional reminder feature.
• Message frequency varies based on the reminders you configure.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel text reminders, or HELP for help.
• We are not liable for messages that are delayed or undelivered due to carrier issues outside our control.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, and content (excluding the business data you enter), is owned by us and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without our permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure from all threats.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, including upon the end of your employment or affiliation with our business.
